I wanted to create an apartment that could have existed in the early 90's somewhere in the US. I also wanted it to be interactive in some way so I decided to create it in Unreal Engine 4.

It is easy to create something that looks perfect and artificial but a bit harder to create something imperfect and used. Someone is living in the apartment and the landlord is not interested to keep it in tip top shape as the amount of people that needs somewhere to live and can afford it is higher than the available apartments.
It was fun and interesting to learn more about the particle system and how to create animated materials in Unreal Engine 4.
This project is not finished and it I will update this project page until it is.
All models was made in Autodesk Maya
The texturing work was made in Substance Painter
All UV mapping was made in Headus UVLayout
